If you don't know who your advisor is, call the secretary in the department of your major, and they should be able to give you the name of your faculty advisor.


You can make your advising team work for you by making and keeping regular advising appointments; planning class schedules in conjunction with your advisor; and monitoring you progress toward the completion of your degree program.

CVPA Academic Advising Coordinator Donna Oliver serves as advising coordinator for the college. She is available to work with students by appointment or on a walk-in basis. She advises students regarding matters such as completing a program of student in a timely manner, improving grade point averages, providing appropriate referrals, and completing graduation checkouts. Donna is a Radford University alumnae and has held previous advising positions at the University of Tennessee and Virginia Tech.

Jillian Sessoms is completing a Master's degree in Music Therapy. She is originally from Virginia Beach, Va and completed her Bachelors degree in Music Performance at Virginia State University. She has a green thumb and cherishes those moments spent with friends and family.
 
Mary-Elizabeth Wellman (M.E. to most) is a graduate student from Norfolk, VA pursuing her Master of Fine Arts in Photography. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Photography from Radford University in 2005. She enjoys going on long road trips.
